$750 per week
50% deposit is due immediately upon booking and should be mailed and received within 7 days of reservation being made. Reservations made 30 days or less before arrival must be paid in full upon booking.
Check in time is after 3 pm and time out is by 11 am.
Cleaning fee is $75.00 if not left satisfactorily clean
Late check out penalty is $50.00 per hour
No smoking
No subletting or overnight guests.
Max. occupancy is 4 people.
Visitor’s policy is a total of 8 (children and adults) on premise at any given time.
If you have a special request just let me know and we will do our best to accommodate.
Our intent is for you to be able to enjoy our property but not overwhelm the small ecologically sensitive area or septic system. Thanks for your understanding.

Our Cabin is 7 Years New
and set up to be aesthetically pleasing as well as convenient. You will enjoy our beautiful open floor plan, our lovely breakfast bar with granite countertops, and the fresh and modern feel of our design.
Our kitchen is well equipped with a coffee maker, microwave, and gas stove. And don’t worry! We even have a “lobstah cookah” so you can steam your own! or curl up with a book from our collection in a chair by the picture windows.
Enjoy the Great Outdoors
Relax with your morning coffee as you enjoy the river view and watch the ducks swim by day. When you’re ready to jump in yourself, it’s just a few short steps to the dock for a refreshing dip. You can also enjoy the bug-free screened in enclosure by night as you watch the sun sink slowly toward the lake just a few hundred yards away. Careful though...the beautiful call of the loons might sing you to sleep!
After dinner, enjoy a cozy card or board game by the gas log fireplace...
When your eyelids start to get heavy just head on up to the master loft, which has it’s own full bath with an amazing claw foot tub for relaxing soaks.
It’s easy to get comfortable in a deluxe, king sized bed, and there’s room for two more in the beautiful wooden bunks downstairs. Oh, and clean up is a snap with our full sized washer & dryer!
Our cabin is outfitted for modern day comfort & convenience- so forget those musty old rentals and give us a call.
